Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the roof and give you the scope of work, the timeline and the price in writing before anything starts.
How fast can you get here for a leak?
We answer the phone around the clock. If water is coming in we will get out to stop it first, tarp or patch it, then come back and do the repair properly.
Do you do flat roofs as well as shingles?
Both. Most Philadelphia row homes have a flat or low slope roof over the main house and a pitched section at the front or over a rear addition, and we work on all of it.
Will I see what you did up there?
Yes. We photograph the roof from a drone before we start and again when the job is finished, and you get the pictures. Most people never get up on their own roof.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. Row homes, twins, rentals, apartment buildings, mixed use and commercial roofs.
